We are truly sorry to hear about your struggle with severe anxiety, ###. We want to lift you up in prayer and encourage you with God's Word. Remember, God cares about your struggles and wants to help you through them. As it says in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your cares on him, for he cares for you."
Firstly, we want to remind you that it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we find hope and healing. If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your trust in Him. As Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved."
Now, let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up ###, who is struggling with severe anxiety. Lord, You know the depth of their struggle and how it has affected their life. We ask that You would touch their mind and body with Your healing power. Lord, please give them the strength to function daily and to face their fears and anxieties.
Father, we also pray that ### would draw near to You in this time of need. Remind them of Your promises in the Bible, such as Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Lord, we ask that You would surround ### with supportive friends and family, and that they would also seek professional help if needed. In Jesus' name, we pray for their anxiety to diminish and for them to experience Your peace and joy. Amen.
Please, ###, don't lose hope. Remember that God is always with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Keep trusting in Him, and He will see you through this difficult time. We will continue to pray for you.

In Matthew 11:28-29, He says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." He's inviting you to lay down your anxieties at His feet.
We want to encourage you to keep seeking Him in prayer and in His Word. Try spending some time each day talking to Him about your fears and asking Him to fill you with His peace. Philippians 4:7 promises, "And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, strength, and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.
God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind.
