Disciple of Prayer
It may seem trivial and I apologise if it is so.
Compared to other prayer requests it seems so small and petty.
I'm having spiritual battles, unfortunately I got involved with occult things. A woman I once new and was only ever friends with introduced me to occult ideas and beliefs.
This was thirty years ago. I didn't pursue these ideas for too long, I severed my association with the occultist in the early nineties and had no contact with her.
I was saved thirteen years ago. I never paid much thought to my experience as such but kept it as part of my testimony highliting the real dangers of such things.
Some time ago and totally out of the blue I was contacted by this woman, she claimed she was receiving messages from my dead relatives and friends, what she put in her message was very disturbing even claiming she was "tethered to me" whatever that means, there were other things she said which I can't detail here, she suggested I message her back.
I blocked this woman on social media as she used that as her means of finding me. I did respond with a message before I blocked and reported her. My respinse detailed scripture that highlighted what she was involved with and how it's deemed by Abba Father. Since then I've been plagued with nightmares and thoughts of this woman.
She should be nothing more than a distant memory of an experience buried by my Life In Christ however the thought and nightmares of her are very prominent.
There are other horrible things I have experienced which I won't include. I know how small my issue is compared to other prayer requests and may not merritt any time for prayer but may I as if you could add me to your prayers even in smallest part.
