This verse speaks of the judgment on Babylon, symbolizing the fall of worldly systems. While we're not sure if this is the context you intended, we understand that you might be feeling overwhelmed by your circumstances.
As believers, we know that our help comes from the Lord. Psalm 121:1-2 (WEB) says, "I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth."
Regarding your living situation, we pray that God will open doors for you and provide a suitable place for you and your cats. Remember that Jesus teaches us not to worry about our needs, but to seek first God's kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to us (Matthew 6:33, WEB).
We also want to address the mention of the lottery and the idea of being "raptured to heaven." While God can certainly perform miracles and bless us financially, we should not put our hope in lotteries or sudden wealth. Instead, we should trust in God's provision and follow His principles for stewardship. The rapture, as described in 1 Thessalonians 4:17 (WEB), is a future event where believers will be caught up to meet the Lord in the air. It's not something we can make happen on our own, but rather a promise from God that should give us hope and encouragement.

We come before You, lifting up Shaalkaari and her mother, Sharon Boyd. Lord, we ask for Your provision in their lives, that You would open up a safe and suitable place for them to live, where their needs and the needs of their cats would be met. We pray against any chaos or evil that might be causing distress, and we ask for Your peace and order to reign.
Help Shaalkaari to trust in You and not put her hope in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who richly provides us with everything to enjoy (1 Timothy 6:17, WEB). We ask for Your guidance and wisdom in every decision they make, and we pray that they would continually seek Your will and Your kingdom first.
We also pray for Shaalkaari's faith, that it would be firmly rooted in the name of Jesus Christ. Help her to understand the saving power of His name and the promise of the rapture for all believers.
