It is 6:48 P.M. and all i have had to eat today is two eggs and that was this morning. Pray I eat more and for healing of the awful eating disorder. Also pray for wisdom to know what to do. If I call my brother at work he might be able to come home but what could he really do?

Sometimes people don’t have to do anything. Just the presence and thought and effect that someone is your cheerleader and there to hold your hand is enough. That they care to take time out and listen to you. It’s better to be at peace and silent than put on a bravado in pain
