It is 5:40 P.M. and all I have had to eat today is

It is 5:40 P.M. and all I have had to eat today is a slice of toast with honey on it. I am feeling weak from not eating enough but I still can't make myself eat. Pray that I will eat enough food today tomorrow and always. Also pray for healing of the eating disorder. I will try to eat something soon but I don't know what. Thank you for praying.

Heavenly Father, 

There isn't anything you cannot do. There isn't any request that is too big or too small you cannot handle. Please touch and heal Caldoug from head to toe and remove his eating disorder from his body. Please help him eat more foods and give him the strength he needs. Thank you for answering this request quickly. IJNA!

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen
