Dear Prayer Warriors,
I had sent in a request for prayer for my daughter to be shown favor in the program to save her home because of being out on disablity when she was pregnant and very ill will complications. God helped her through that but because she was out longer than she expected and her disablity was nothing what she expected she fell behind in her mortgage. She is back at work and was trying to get caught up, but instead kept falling further behind. She is really depressed because all the programs out there for saving homes seem to be for the other people and people who have lost jobs and no income and here she is struggling to get back on her feet from having a baby and has a job and no one is willing to help her with these so called government programs to keep your house. She was just denied because they said she needed to have an extra thousand dollars income just to make it. She had bought the house and was paying for it with the income she has now, so why the extra income? They raised her rates because they raised the taxes so what was 1400 is now 1900 yet she still paid it all these years and had not been behind until the doctor pulled her off work because of the complications arising and the infection when she was pregnant. I was trying to help by cashing out my 401 but was told there wasn't that much in there like I thought, and so I sunk to gravaling at my sister's feet to see if she could find it in her heart to help my daughter. She helps everyone else and tells me she doesn't know me because I was the last and littlest one and she was already gone and married, So I, we need a financial miracle for my daughter to be given favor from the banks to work something out so they do not foreclose on the house or that my sister finds it in her heart to loan my daughter the money so she can save her home because she wouldn't have the money to move or rent anything since she has been sinking everything into the house and my social security isn't enough to help though I give her to her. Please pray that God shows her mercy and grants her the money to give the bank which is 14000 according to them or that the banks will work something out for her even though the banks and programs haven't been ,please pray something comes through for her to save her home. She houses many with her 4 her husbands' 2 (he does'nt have a job) myself and my son came down to try to help but he now needs a job too. This house has been a God send and was a blessing that I believe God helped her to get and I prayed that He would help her and He did. I cannot believe He is going to take it away from her now when she needs it so much. Please pray for her and the sell of my RV to help her in Jesus Name thank you. Amen
