Is selfishness a fallen nature sign?

In dealing with a lot of people, one thing I notice that comes out is selfishness. Like, when I explain to someone that something is bad for you at a certain time, and causes inconvenience if not outright problems, they may "yes me", but then if I compromise and help them, they go on to "milk the time" for as much as they can.{Instead of appreciating that I compromised with them, they take advantage.} I figured out that this is a type of selfishness, because what they're really saying is, I want what I want{emphasis on the word "I"}and who cares about you?{they also lie somewhat, because they "promise" if I give in , they'll "cooperate "with the time, then "fudge it."Other forms of selfishness I see is someone pushing for themselves at the expense of others, not taking no for an answer, saying what they want about you, but trying to "put the gag order" on you when you defend yourself.Soooo….is selfishness a part of the fallen nature? In 2 Timothy we read,"In the last days people will be,and one thing we read is "lovers of themselves'.Also, the Golden Rule,"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you". {Unless these people are masochists, I would bet they wouldn't like these things done to them.}So they're breaking the Golden Rule. So, is selfishness part of the fallen nature, and a sin?I'd say so.Yeah?

Lol, yes selfishness is a sin against none other than God/Jesus. I see selfishness every day as well for others are so selfish that they refuse to do what Jesus instructs of themselves for they will not stop thinking about themselves in so doing they curse themselves to be trapped to constantly complain and murmur about their very own selves thinking they must do this so that others know what to pray but as for me and my family we will thank Jesus and honour Jesus by doing what He instructs because that is a Glory unto itself! God/Jesus honors His Words and over blesses those who do what He says for His very own Words yet some would not. Those who would not do what Jesus says, what is to happen to them? Do they not get handed over to their very own sins? Are they not trapped in their sins to continue in their sins until they are sick of their sins?

The usual reply, turning it into an indictment against me.

Selfishness does not come from the Lord. Jesus always wanted to share everything He had with others. He never ever said. Me, Myself and I.. that is important. Not somebody else. A friend of mine once told me. I hate to see two faced people. It is hard to decide which face to slap first. I told her. Do not slap anyone or hate that person. Start fasting and praying for that lost souls that roam our streets. Jesus can save their souls and deliver them from selfishness. The most miserable people on earth are those who care about themselves, understand only their onw troubles and see their own perspective. They are lost and need a Savior. Jesus alone can deliver them from the chains satan has put on them.

One thing about people nowadays, I nothing they do wrong, and think it's the person on the right side of things in the wrong. Someone takes a turn too fast, then looks at YOU like you were wrong for being in their way. People are misled. On a bigger scale, our politics. The Democrats use every...

This is a problem most deal with, but I experience a lot of disrespectful, pushy, and selfish drivers. They go through stop signs, pull out of parking spaces when you have the right of way, and blast the horn at every little thing. Furthermore, when you acknowledge dissatisfaction with their bad...

We read "Take no thought for tomorrow, for each day has its own evil." Also, Jesus said to the disciples, "Come with me to a quiet place. Also, the Sabbath was meant as a day of REST. Now, contrast that with most of the people I deal with (and hear talk in general). They want to run, run, run...
