Is divorce really worse than any other sin? How much longer and what if he never changes? God you've seen everything that I've gone through and all the tears I've cried. I had hope to spend summer vacation together as a family to be able to go somewhere for vacation and we can't even do that. what is the point of me staying in this marriage where there is no change? Please God give me discernment and guidance.
 
I prayed for these requests. Jesus, I pray Your will and we stay focused on You. In Jesus name Amen.
 
i hate to say it but your in that marriage to conform you to the image of christ. and all this pain is conforming you to the image of christ and it is painful.

For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. (Romans 8:29 ESV)

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
 
Sweetheart, think about this... I find it far worse for any one to remarry after burying their spouse of 50 years. Let me say it again. I FIND IT FAR WORSE IF A PERSON WAS MARRIED TO SOMEONE AND THEY DIED AFTER SAY 50 YEARS OF MARRIAGE AND THEY GO AND GET REMARRIED.

Look, ai believe God does not want you to stay in a miserable marriage. I dont believe God wants you to stay in a marriage rattled with abuse. I dont thing GOD wants you to spend your life hooked up to someone whomyou married. Maybe admitting you made a mistake when you married someone and move on with your life is being the better christian.

Remember the Bible was written by MAN and it has been rewritten and rewritten.

I know we are not to question the BIBLE and we are to accept it as the word of GOD.

But my GOD is a God of LOVE and LIFE. Why would a GOD of Love want hou to stay in a marriage of abuse or a loveless marriage.

You have to do what is best for YOU and not your neighbor.

I pray to God for this prayer request in the name of Jesus, Amen
