We understand that you are going through a lot physically, dealing with iron and B12 deficiency, stomach ache, gallstones, back ache, and tongue and tonsil issues. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always with you, even in times of physical distress. As it is written in Psalm 46:1, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."
