Benjy we are glad to hear you are a born again Christian. Let's begin praying for this upcoming meeting in Jesus name.
This is a big test of your faith and there are examples in the Bible about people needing vindication. There was a woman in the Bible caught in adultery,and the Pharisees were pressuring Jesus to condemn her. However, Jesus instead challenged them with only the one without sin has the right to cast a stone at her. They all walked away. Jesus did not condone her sin but he also did not condemn her. Jesus is the only one who can vindicate you.
Let us use the passage of Psalm 43:1 to pray for you:
"Vindicate me, O God, and plead my cause against an ungodly nation: O deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man."
We pray for the truth to be revealed and for those who seek your downfall to be exposed. In Isaiah 54:17, we read "No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of Yahweh, and their righteousness is of me," says Yahweh." Your colleagues will not be able to condemn you.
It is so important to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.
Benjy, it is important for you to go to this meeting with the attitude of peace and calmness. It is good to remember that what is intended to harm you God can turn it around for good. In Genesis 50:20 we read, "As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive."
Let us use Daniel as an example. In Daniel 6:4-5 we read, "Then the presidents and the satraps sought to find occasion against Daniel as touching the kingdom; but they could find no occasion nor fault, because he was faithful, neither was there any error or fault found in him. Then these men said, We shall not find any occasion against this Daniel, except we find it against him concerning the law of his God."
As a born again Christian, you are in God' family and eligible for protection and vindication. There are many scriptures that are encouraging. In Romans 8:31 we read, "What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?" No one can be against you as God is for you.
Let us pray.
Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother Benjy in prayer. We pray vindication, protection and guidance against those who wish to harm him. We pray that the truth be unveiled and that every plan, scheme, and strategy of the enemy is exposed and thwarted. We declare in the name of Jesus Christ that Benjy is surrounded by Your favor as with a shield. We also pray that Benjy will be guided by the Holy Spirit, and that he will be delivered from those who seek his downfall.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
