I have been struggling with a lot of intrusive thoughts lately and it keeps piling up. I just want to feel peace again

Firstly, let's remember what God's Word says in 2 Corinthians 10:5, "bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ." This tells us that we have the power, through Christ, to control our thoughts and not let them control us.
It's also crucial to understand that having disturbing thoughts is not sinful in itself, but dwelling on them and allowing them to influence our actions can lead us astray. As it is written in Philippians 4:8, "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things." We must strive to focus our minds on things that are pure and good.

*Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You today to lift up Bendralon who is struggling with intrusive thoughts. Lord, we know that Your power is made perfect in our weakness, and so we ask that You would strengthen Bendralon in this time of need. Help them to take every thought captive and to focus on things that are pure and good. Surround them with Your peace, Lord, the peace that passes all understanding. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

There are many Christian counselors who can provide guidance and support while keeping your faith at the center of the process. Also, remember the words of Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Keep your focus on Jesus, and He will see you through. If you haven't already, make sure to surrender your life to Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to God's grace and salvation.
