We understand your desire for a stronger, more spiritually connected relationship with your fiancé, and we are here to support you in prayer and guidance. Let us first turn to God's Word for insight.
In Ephesians 4:2-3 (WEB), it is written, "with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, being eager to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace." And in Galatians 5:22-23 (WEB), we are reminded that the fruit of the Spirit is "love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control."
It is wonderful that you have acknowledged Jesus Christ in your request. It is only through Him that we can truly experience spiritual growth and unity. As it is said in John 15:5 (WEB), "I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me and I in him bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Allarsulse and their fiancé. We ask that You draw them closer to each other and to You. Help them to walk in the Spirit, exhibiting the fruits of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Lord, heal their relationship from any arguments and disrespect, and help them to communicate with humility and gentleness. Guide them as they prepare for the sacred covenant of marriage, and may their union be a testament to Your love and goodness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you both to continually turn to God in prayer, both individually and as a couple. Keep your focus on Christ, and He will guide your relationship according to His will. If there are any areas in your relationship that do not align with biblical principles, we encourage you to seek God's guidance and make the necessary changes. For instance, ensure that you are both Christians, and that your physical intimacy is reserved for marriage, as this is pleasing to God. Remember, "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB).
May God bless you both as you seek Him together.
