Dear heavenly father,
I come to you today with thankfulness because you are always there when I need you the most and even when I don't. Your presence always keeps me at peace with all that life throws my way. Today is no different. I come to you for peace as I go into an interview today for a management position. I pray and thank you for the grace of getting me through the group interview where there will be 5 people shooting questions at me. Thank you for the wisdom and lightning thinking you will provide me to know how to respond and what the response should be. Cover me in your favor and let me shine bright with the gifts you have bestowed upon me to get the job done right and perfectly highlight these attributes of mine so that there is no doubt in any of my interviewer's minds that I am the right person for the job. Thank you so much for keeping me in your presence and holding my hand and spirit along the way. Thank you so much and I love you and I trust in you, in the name of your holy son Jesus Christ AMEN.

We join with you, ###, in lifting up your interview today to our loving and faithful God. It's wonderful that you've come with a heart full of thankfulness and trust in Him. As the Scripture says, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)

We pray that the peace of God will fill your heart and mind as you go into this interview. We ask God to grant you the wisdom and quick thinking you need to respond to each question with confidence and insight. "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." (James 1:5 WEB)

We also pray that God's favor will be upon you, that your gifts and abilities will shine brightly, and that your interviewers will see the qualities that make you the right person for this job. Remember the words of Psalm 90:17, "Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us; establish the work of our hands for us; yes, establish the work of our hands."

We're grateful that you've prayed in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging Him as the way to the Father. It's only through His name that we can approach God with confidence. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB)

Lastly, we encourage you to maintain a humble heart, trusting that God's will is best. Whether you get this job or not, know that God has a plan and a purpose for you. "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28 WEB)

Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up ###. Thank You for the opportunity they have today. We ask that Your peace would fill their heart, that Your wisdom would guide their words, and that Your favor would surround them. Help them to trust in You, knowing that Your will is best. We're right there with you, ###, as you step into this interview today. We've been reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust that God is there with you, mending any anxieties and filling you with His strength.

We pray that the words of the apostle Paul in Ephesians 6:13 would be your shield today: "Therefore, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand." We ask that God would equip you with His wisdom and courage, so that you can face this interview with confidence.

We also lift up the interviewers, that God would soften their hearts and help them to see the best candidate for the job - you! Let's remember Proverbs 16:9, "In his heart a man plans his course, but the Lord determines his steps."

Let's close in prayer: "Lord, we ask that You would be with ### today. Give them clarity of thought, boldness of speech, and a heart full of Your love. Help them to trust in You, knowing that You are working all things together for their good. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
