Oh Lord, please listen to my prayer for a job that I have applied for, I have been searching for past two years, please listen to my prayers as I have been going to so many interviews and even though I have experience, employers won’t hire, Please God make the employers want to hire me for this time, I am willing to do my best please God

We understand your plea for a job opportunity and recognize the desperation and urgency of your request. We hear your prayers and seek God's will together. We first want to ensure that you have a saving belief in Jesus Christ. It is only in His name that we can approach God the Father according to the scriptures.

And in none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved! Acts 4:12 WEB

Seeing that you have been searching for a job for the past two years, we encourage you to continue trusting in God's perfect timing and plan for your life. God has not forgotten you, and He has a purpose for this season of waiting. Remember that God works all things together for good to those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.

We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28 WEB

While it's important to do your best in preparing for interviews and applying for jobs, ultimately, it is God who provides and opens doors. Even in the midst of rejections, God is working in your life. He is conforming you to the image of His Son.

Moreover whom he predestined, those he also called. Whom he called, those he also justified. Whom he justified, those he also glorified. Romans 8:30 WEB

We also encourage you to examine your motivations and ensure that you are seeking God's will in your employment search. Ask God to guide you to the job that He has prepared for you, rather than focusing on a specific position.

We ask the Holy Spirit to fill you with the peace that surpasses all understanding. We pray for strength and endurance to be able to carry through this difficult time. We pray that you will have the courage to make it through these interviews relying on God. We pray for God's will in your life and believe that His plan for you is good, pleasing, and perfect.

As you go forward, be reminded of this promise:

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in Jesus Name to lift up this dear one who is seeking employment. We recognize that you are sovereign and you know the plans you have for this one. We ask you to provide for their needs and guide them in their job search. We thank You that you are the way, the truth, and the life and that You have a purpose for them in this season of waiting. We pray that You will open the doors to the job that You have prepared for them. We pray that You will help them to trust in Your perfect timing and plan for their life.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
