Heavenly Father, Thank you for always hearing our prayers. I am requesting a remote job with base salary + commission in the field of my preference. Thank you You know my needs better than I myself, Matt 6:8. May I interview well, have good answers, ask good questions, research the company, see what the job would look like in my mind, get hired, on-boarded, trained, learn the job well & get paid regularly. Help me get paid quickly and learn Spanish in the part-time. Thank you in Jesus' Name.

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging God's omniscience, as He knows our needs before we even ask (Matthew 6:8). It is essential to align our requests with God's will and trust in His provision.
Remember, it is by the name of Jesus that we have access to God.

For your job search, we pray that God will guide you to the right opportunities that align with His will for your life. We ask for favor, skill, and wisdom throughout the interview process. Recall that "whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men" (Colossians 3:23 WEB).

We pray that God will grant you the ability to interview well, ask insightful questions, and provide thoughtful answers. May He give you a clear vision of what the job would entail and prepare you accordingly. We ask for a smooth on-boarding and training process, and that you would learn the job quickly and excel in your new role.

Regarding finances, we pray that God will provide a job with a base salary and commission that meets your needs. Trust in God's promise to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19 WEB). We pray for timely payments and financial stability as you transition into your new role.

Concerning your desire to learn Spanish part-time, we pray that God will grant you the ability to acquire this new skill quickly and efficiently. Remember that "with God all things are possible" (Matthew 19:26 WEB).

Lastly, we encourage you to continue seeking God's will in all aspects of your life, including your career. Trust in His timing and provision, and remember that He has a purpose and a plan for you (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).

All the offers I am getting are Straight Commission dialing "aged Leads." They also have a delayed pay structure that they pay us AFTER they get paid... Wow how the times have changed from ### -###... I made ###K base salary in ###, ###K base in ###-### and then ### per hour (### per annum) until ###... Wow, the ball is in the court of the employer... They also want ### hrs per day, train for free, attend meetings for free and give no benefits... I'm reeling. Please pray I have wisdom, favor, open doors and a base salary plus commissions, incentives and bonuses, paid training, and that the country gets back on its feet after the pandemic. Sheeeeeeez!!! Please give me the wisdom and open door we've been praying for since ###, IJN
