Anonymous, we understand your concern about the financial burden of medical expenses. Let's first remember what Jesus said in Matthew 6:25-34 (WEB), "Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? ... For your heavenly Father knows that you need all of these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient."
We commend you for turning to Jesus in your time of need. As it is written in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray for you:
Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You today to lift up our dear brother/sister who is in need. Lord, you know the burden of the medical expenses they are facing, and we ask for Your mercy and provision. We pray that the insurance company will cover the wound dressing charges, and that You will provide a way for the rest of the medical bills to be paid. We trust in Your love and compassion, Lord, and we know that You care for us. Help our dear brother/sister to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God is faithful and He cares for you. Keep trusting in Him and do not be anxious. Continue to pray and seek His face, and He will see you through this challenging time. If you haven't already, also consider seeking help from your local church or Christian community, as the body of Christ is called to bear one another's burdens (Galatians 6:2, WEB). Stay strong in the Lord and keep your hope in Him.
