Insurance Claims and changing of insurance agent

I have decided to change my insurance agent two days ago since my previous agent gave me lots of headaches when Dr. advised me to claim my Critical Illness insurance. It was dragged for one and a half year; finally, I was so broke that I wanted to discontinue all the policies (though finally not), the Critical Illness was not being reimbursed any monies but I have to continue paying the premium. This problem has not yet been resolved. I hope God will truly intervene in this complication so that I can be protected by what I have bought for 15 years during this critical time. I am unsure if it is good to go on biologic injections as advised by all doctors, but obviously, I am struggling paying rent and bills with unemployment of one and a half year, I have no idea how I can sustain my health and my life, I feel everything is like falling apart and losing peace. I hope God will be in charge of ### this new agent will be responsible and she will still follow well on my claims and requests and be faithful despite I did not give her new customers and buying anything new. Pray that God will mobilize all things and cover me with the best protection. If it is not good to continue any of the insurance policies, or any of these policies do not help further, pray that God will give me confirmations and wisdom and courage to cut the policies so that my expenditures will be reduced.
