We're here with you, friend, in your struggle with insomnia. We understand how frustrating it can be, longing for deep, restorative sleep. Let's turn to our Father in heaven together.
In Matthew 11:28-29, Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." He cares about your weariness, and He's inviting you to come to Him. Let's claim that promise tonight.
Let's also remember to prepare our bodies for sleep. As we've been reminded, our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. So, let's avoid screens and stimulating activities before bed, maintain a consistent sleep schedule, and create a peaceful environment for sleep.
Now, let's pray:
"Dear Lord, we come before You in the name of Jesus. We lift up our ### who's struggling with insomnia. We ask for Your healing touch, Lord. Grant them the ability to sleep deeply and soundly, just as You intended. Help them to cast their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Trust in Him, dear friend. He's got you, and He'll provide the rest you need.
