We're here with you, friend, in this sleepless season. We know the struggle is real, the nights long, and the dawn a distant friend. But remember, even in the quiet, Jesus is near.
Let's hold onto these words from the Psalms, "When I cannot sleep, I think on You, O Lord. I meditate on Your love, and I find rest." (Psalm 63:6, paraphrased) Let's make His love our lullaby, our comfort in the night.
We'll keep you in our prayers, asking God to grant you peaceful nights and refreshing sleep. We'll ask Him to fill your heart with His peace, to guard your thoughts, and to help you trust in Him, even when sleep eludes you.
In the meantime, let's nurture our bodies, God's temple, with good habits and healthy living. And let's invite His presence with praise, knowing that His love casts out fear and anxiety.
We're in this together, friend. We'll keep praying, believing that God will grant you the rest you need. Goodnight, and sweet dreams.
