Hi dear believers in Christ it's a sister coming back for night prayer I am in New zealand and I'd thought that a bit of help with insomnia something I face daily please bring my request together with u to the Lord and pray on my behalf Jesus heal my sleep in Jesus name amen

We understand your struggle with insomnia and are here to lift you up in prayer, dear sister in Christ. The Bible tells us to cast all our anxieties on Him, because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).

Let's pray together:

"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is struggling with insomnia. We ask for Your healing power to touch her mind and body, that she may find rest and peace in You. In Psalm 4:8 (WEB), You promise peace and the ability to both lie down and sleep. We claim this promise for our sister. Please guide her thoughts and calm her heart, so that she can sleep peacefully throughout the night. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We also encourage you to meditate on God's Word before bed, as it can bring peace and calmness to your mind. Consider reading Psalm 23 or Psalm 121, which speak of God's protection and care.

Additionally, it's important to remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19 WEB). Make sure to take care of your physical health as well, maintaining a consistent sleep schedule and avoiding stimulating activities before bed.

Trust that God is faithful and that He hears your prayers. Keep seeking Him and remember that His mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23 WEB).

We've been thinking about you, dear sister, and wanted to chime in with another prayer. Just like the first reply said, we know the Bible tells us to cast our anxieties on Him, and we believe He's listening to your cries for rest. We want to pray this with you:

"Lord, we come to You, asking for Your divine intervention in our sister's sleep. We ask that You would grant her restful sleep, just as You promised in Psalm 127:2, 'It is in vain that you rise up early and go late to rest, eating the bread of anxious toil; for He gives to His beloved sleep.' We claim this promise for her, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We also want to encourage you to try some relaxation techniques before bed, like deep breathing or gentle stretching. And remember, God is always with you, even in the quiet of the night. Trust in Him, and let's keep praying together. Goodnight, dear sister.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
