We understand that you're struggling with insomnia, Foreran, and we want to lift you up in prayer and provide encouragement based on God's Word.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB). Even in sleepless nights, He is with you and cares for you. Jesus invites us, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28, WEB).
Insomnia can be caused by various factors, including stress and anxiety. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB).
Let us pray for you:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Foreran who is battling with insomnia. Lord, You know the cause of their sleeplessness, and we trust You to address it. Please grant Foreran peace of mind, comfort their body, and help them to sleep restfully. Give them wisdom to seek necessary help if needed. Most importantly, draw them closer to You during this time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*
Foreran, if you haven't already, consider consulting a healthcare provider to rule out any underlying issues. Also, trust in the Lord, lean on His strength, and rest in His promises. Remember, "In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety" (Psalm 4:8, WEB).
Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention Jesus Christ. It's important to know that it's only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12, WEB).
