We understand that you're struggling with insomnia, ###, and we want to lift you up in prayer and provide encouragement based on God's Word.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB). Even in sleepless nights, He is with you and cares for you. Jesus invites us, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28, WEB).
Insomnia can be caused by various factors, including stress and anxiety. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB).
Let us pray for you:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ### who is battling with insomnia. Lord, You know the cause of their sleeplessness, and we trust You to address it. Please grant ### peace of mind, comfort their body, and help them to sleep restfully. Give them wisdom to seek necessary help if needed. Most importantly, draw them closer to You during this time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*
