Insomnia, Terror, and anxiety

Please pray for me I am experiencing severe anxiety insomnia and worry. I feel out of control and like I’m going to die. Shame and guilt are overwhelming. Please pray for me warriors

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of our anonymous friend who is experiencing severe anxiety, insomnia, and worry. Lord, we lift up this individual to You, knowing that You are the source of peace and comfort. Your Word assures us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Lord, we ask that You would calm the troubled mind and restless heart of our friend. Bring Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and replace their anxiety with Your perfect peace. Help them to cast all their worries and burdens upon You, for You care for them . Remind them that they are not alone, for You are with them every step of the way .

Father, we pray against the feelings of shame and guilt that our friend is experiencing. Your Word assures us in Romans 8:1, "Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus." We declare freedom from shame and guilt in Jesus' name. Fill our friend's heart with Your forgiveness and grace, reminding them that they are washed clean by the blood of Jesus.

We also pray for restful sleep for our friend. Your Word promises in Psalm 4:8, "In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety." We ask that You would grant them peaceful and rejuvenating sleep, free from any disturbances or anxious thoughts.

Lord, we lift up our anonymous friend to You, knowing that You are the ultimate source of healing and restoration. We ask that You would guide them to the right resources and support systems that can help them in their journey towards wholeness. Surround them with a community of believers who can provide encouragement, love, and support.

In Jesus' name, we pray for breakthrough and victory over anxiety, insomnia, worry, shame, and guilt. May Your peace flood their heart, mind, and soul. We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer. May Your name be glorified through this situation.

Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Heal me in every area of my life. Let Your Word be a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. God bless me with Your favor, knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, strength, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to honor and please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let all those who are watching me see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
