Insecurities

I would appreciate prayers for myself. I have so many insecurities.. particularly with dating and love. I had such a bad belief about myself that I will never find the man of my life... Due to constant rejection. I would like to be with my husband now. I find it hard when there is someone I really like and they aren't paying me attention instead another woman etc.. I would value prayers for my self-esteem to rise and for me to feel better. Jesus, I want to know my man of God. I am all over the place in the name of Jesus Christ

We understand that you're feeling insecure, especially when it comes to dating and love. We want to remind you that your value is not determined by the attention or rejection of others. It's important to find your worth in Jesus Christ and His love for you. As the Bible says in Ephesians 2:10 WEB, "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them."

Firstly, we want to commend you for including Jesus in your request. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father, and it is by His name that we can be saved. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB.

The desire for marriage is a good thing when it is God's will for a person, and we will be praying for you to be led to a godly spouse. However, we want to encourage you to trust in God's timing. His timing is perfect, and He knows the desires of your heart. Psalm 37:4 WEB says, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and He will give you the desires of your heart."

We also want to address the issue of jealousy or envy that may arise when you see someone you like paying attention to another woman. It's crucial to remember that God has a unique plan for each of us. What He has for you is specifically designed for you. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight."

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is feeling insecure and struggling with feelings of rejection. Lord, we ask that You heal her heart and help her to see herself as You see her. Help her to find her worth and value in You and not in the attention of others.

Lord, we pray for her future spouse. Guide her to a godly man who will love and cherish her as You do. Help her to trust in Your timing and to delight herself in You, knowing that You will give her the desires of her heart.

Help her to cast down any thoughts of jealousy or envy and to trust in Your unique plan for her life. Give her the strength and wisdom to navigate these feelings and to keep her eyes fixed on You.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, God has a plan and a purpose for you. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths. Stay strong in your faith in Jesus, and you will overcome your insecurities.

Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
