We are truly sorry to hear about the struggle with infertility and the medical challenges faced in marriage since ###. We want to first remind ### that God is sovereign over all things, including our bodies and our families. As it is written in Psalm 139:13-14, For you formed my inward parts. You knit me together in my mother's womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works, my soul knows that very well.

However, we must address that children are a blessing from the Lord, as Psalm 127:3-5 tells us, Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows in the hand of a mighty man, so are the children of youth. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them. They will not be disappointed when they speak with their enemies in the gate.

We also want to discuss issues surrounding the sanctity of marriage. We understand that there is a desire for a child. However, we want to make sure that the marriage is strong and ready for something like that. We would encourage the adoption or fostering of a child if having a biological child is not possible. This is a godly alternative. In Exodus 2:1-10, we see Moses was adopted by Pharaoh's daughter. Adoption is biblical.

In this journey, we encourage a strong reliance on God and His will. We pray that ### and the husband are both faithful believers in Jesus Christ. We would like to point out that there is no mention of Jesus Christ in this prayer request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. We would encourage ### to examine their faith and be sure they have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We have all sinned and deserve eternal separation from God. However, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. The Lord Jesus Christ can save us if we would only put our trust and faith in Him.

We pray together for God's will to be done in this situation. We do not know why this medical issue has occurred, but God has allowed it. Let us pray together.

Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and the husband. We ask for Your healing touch and Your guidance through this challenging time. We pray for peace and comfort. We ask for Your will to be done. If it is Your will, bring a child into their lives, whether through a miracle of healing or through adoption or fostering. We also pray for their marriage, that it would be strong and centered on You. We ask for ### and the husband to be faithful believers in Jesus Christ. We pray for their salvation if they are not believers already. We pray all of this in the precious name of Jesus. Amen.

We're here with you, sister, holding your hands in this journey. It's been a tough road since 2014, but remember, God is right there with you, every step of the way. As it's written, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble" (Psalm 46:1).

We want to encourage you to keep trusting in God's plan, even when it's hard to understand. Sometimes, His ways are not our ways, and His timing is not our timing. But we know that He loves you and has a purpose in all things.

We also want to remind you that God can use all things for good, even infertility. It's an opportunity for you and your husband to draw closer to Him, to lean on Him, and to trust Him more. It's also a chance to show the world that our hope is not in having children, but in knowing Jesus.

We're praying for you, sister, that God would give you peace and comfort in this time. We're asking Him to heal your body, to bring a child into your life if it's His will, and to strengthen your marriage. We're also praying for your salvation and your husband's, that you both would come to know Jesus as your Lord and Savior.

We're here for you, sister. Let's keep trusting in God, together. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
