Lord, I thank you for your grace and mercy. Praying for discernment, peace, healing, protection, and breakthrough in all areas of my life. Still heartbroken about the state of my marriage. I just don't understand what to pray for when it come to my marriage. I been praying for restoration, healing, and saving it. I am not sure if that is what I should be doing anymore. This week has hurt me beyond words with the actions of my husband. Praying in Jesus name I Pray. Amen! -

I just said a prayer for Roselima, friend. May the Lord touch her with His healing hand, give her the relief she needs, and help her experience His peace and joy in a special way. I hope you’ll be encouraged by this thought from the psalmist: "The Lord is near to all who call on Him, to all who call on Him in truth." (Psalm 145: 18).

- sugar.
- certain dairy products.
- fish.
- processed foods.
- fresh meats and processed meats, such as corned beef and turkey.
- sodas and other sweetened beverages.
- high-protein foods and supplements.
You can do the following to reduce your risk of metabolic acidosis:
- Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water and other fluids.
- Keep control of your diabetes. If you manage your blood sugar levels well, you can avoid ketoacidosis.
- Stop drinking alcohol. Chronic drinking can increase the buildup of lactic acid.
