To all cities that will be traversed, and to be certain, as Christ said: Truly I tell you, you will not finish going through the towns of Israel before the Son of Man comes. Matthew 10:23(b) (The name Isreal is synonymous with the world as a whole)
Please understand, neither man's anger towards the prophet/prophetess, nor his indifference towards God's predictions can change the Word of God. Simply put, it only furthers to bring scripture to pass. As Jesus spoke of in the book of Matthew, man's response has always been, as will always be to blame the messenger." But, as Paul proclaimed: And because I preach this Good News, I am suffering and have been chained like a criminal. But the word of God cannot be chained. 2 Timothy 2:9
The Gospel is The Good News of The Christ - that we give testimony to His life, death, and resurrection (The whole story). Yet, some will still reject Him. For, as the story goes, there were two thieves crucified beside Jesus that day; the repentant thief, and the unrepentant thief. They were both thieves, yet only the repentant thief was assured a place with Jesus in paradise.
The choice is ours: we can choose to be indifferent, which changes nothing, or we can choose to repent and turn back to Christ (whom the world rejected), which changes EVERYTHING, including our eternal destination.
I can but Prophesy that which is spoken by God: And surely, only He and I know what has been spoken to me.
Amos 3:6-8 6)When a trumpet sounds in a city,do not the people tremble? When disaster comes to a city, has not the Lord caused it? 7(Surely the Sovereign Lord does nothing without revealing his plan to his servants the prophets. 8)The lion has roared—who will not fear? The Sovereign Lord has spoken—who can but prophesy?
This city is well aware of the short ephah with which she has chosen to operate. Moreover, God knew before time began; long before she was birthed.
