Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Reborn12345, who is seeking an increase in strength. Lord, we acknowledge that our strength ultimately comes from You. Your Word reminds us that without You, we can do nothing . We humbly recognize our weakness and our need for Your help.
Father, we ask that You would grant Reborn12345 the physical strength needed to accomplish their lifting goals. We pray that You would strengthen their muscles and grant them the endurance to persevere in their training. Help them to overcome any obstacles or limitations they may be facing.
Lord, we also pray for a deep sense of humility in Reborn12345. May they recognize that their strength and abilities are gifts from You. Help them to rely on You completely, knowing that it is through Christ that they can do all things .
Father, we ask that You would guide Reborn12345 in their training and provide them with wisdom to make wise decisions regarding their goals and methods. Give them the discipline and determination to stay committed to their fitness journey.
