In the past I have attempted suicide. Since then I thought I had gotten over the depression, but my resolve has been weakening severely. I can hardly go a day without crying, and thoughts of suicide are creeping back into my mind. I'm scared that my strength will leave me completely and I'll be dead before the new year. "for the battle is the Lord's" (1 Samuel 17:47) It may seem like the thick of things to you but God sees the whole thing with perfect clarity. He is never out of control. He is the Captain of the Host of heaven and you are a simple foot soldier.
