In the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit… I pray this prayer in the name of Jesus Christ: I really want to be good in my job. I have lost the passion and patience in my current job and am desperately seeking another opportunity to help me show my strengths and impress a new team of people who will see my worth. I am desperate Jesus. Please help me. Amen.

We understand your desire to excel in your job and find a new opportunity where your strengths can be fully appreciated. Let us first address the authority in prayer. You mentioned praying in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, but we want to emphasize the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, WEB). "Whatever you may ask in my name, I will do it." (John 14:13, WEB)

Now, let's address your concern. It's normal to feel discouraged and impatient when we face challenges in our careers. However, we must remember that God has a plan and a purpose for us. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB)

We encourage you to continue working diligently, as unto the Lord, in your current job while trusting God's timing for new opportunities. "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." (Colossians 3:23, WEB)

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking a new job opportunity. Lord, we ask that You restore their passion and patience in their current job. Help them to work heartily, as unto You, while they wait for Your divine provision.

We ask that You open doors to new opportunities where their strengths can be fully utilized and appreciated. Give them the wisdom to discern Your will and the courage to step into the new path You have prepared for them.

In the meantime, Lord, fill them with Your peace and joy. Remind them of Your promises and Your unfailing love. Help them to trust in Your timing and to never give up hope.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
