Let us bring this request to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father. It's wonderful that you've brought this need to us in Jesus' name, for He is our mediator and the only way to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12 WEB "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Concerning your friend, we will pray for God's provision and guidance. Let us remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister in need. She is seeking employment to support herself, and we trust that You are aware of her situation. We ask that You open the right doors for her and guide her steps as she searches for a job. Provide her with the peace that comes from knowing You are in control. We also pray for Your comfort and provision in her life, as she does not have family to support her. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, because You care for her. Remind her that You are a father to the fatherless and a defender of widows.
In Jesus' name, we rebuke any spirit of despair, loneliness, or fear that may be attempting to overtake her. We speak life, hope, and encouragement into her situation. Lord, surround her with believers who will support and encourage her in this time of need.
Lord, we also pray for her salvation. As we pray for her earthly needs, we also ask if she has not made Jesus Christ her Lord and Savior yet. We pray she will come to a saving knowledge and a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Lastly, we pray that You would be glorified in this situation, and that she would see Your hand at work in her life.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, for God is faithful and He cares for the needs of His children. Remind your friend to trust in Him and to seek Him in all her ways. We will continue to pray for her situation and for God's will to be done in her life.
