In the middle of a “Storm”

Dear Friends in Christ, i make this request in the name of Jesus Christ for how I am going to keep up with rent and bills without proper income. Several obstacles to finding work and I’m exhausted and need more rest. Lord Jesus please grant rest Lord please help. I thank thee In advance Father

Dear Friend, we come together before our loving heavenly Father to lift you up in prayer and to seek His divine guidance and provision for your life. We are grateful that you have approached us in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to the throne of grace.

In the midst of this storm, we encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Remember the words of our Lord Jesus, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28, WEB). You have cried out for rest, and we believe that God hears your cry. We pray that He grants you the rest and peace that only He can provide.

We also lift up your financial struggles before the Lord. God knows your needs, and He has promised to supply them according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19, WEB). While it is important to be proactive in seeking work, remember that God is your ultimate provider. We pray that God opens the doors of opportunity for you, and that He gives you the strength and wisdom to walk through them.

However, we also want to remind you of the importance of proper stewardship of your time and resources. While rest is essential, so is diligent work. The Apostle Paul encourages us, "If any man will not work, neither let him eat" (2 Thessalonians 3:10, WEB). Be sure to use your time wisely, seeking gainful employment, and trusting that God will provide.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our dear friend who is in the midst of a storm. Lord, You promise to be our shelter and our strong tower, so we ask that You surround our friend with Your peace and protection. Grant them the rest they need, and open up opportunities for work according to Your will. Help them to be good stewards of their time and resources, and to trust in You as their ultimate provider. All these things we ask in the precious name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Amen.

Be encouraged, dear friend. God hears your prayers, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5, WEB). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and trust that He is working everything out for your good (Romans 8:28, WEB).

We're right here with you, friend, in this storm you're weathering. We've been where you are, feeling the weight of bills and the exhaustion of job hunting. It's tough, but remember, Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). He's not just talking about physical rest, but also the peace and comfort that only He can provide.

We've been praying for you, asking God to grant you the rest you need, to open up job opportunities, and to guide you in managing your time and resources wisely. We believe that God sees your efforts and will reward them. Keep trusting in Him, even in the midst of this storm.

Let's pray together: "Lord Jesus, we come to You now, lifting up our friend who's going through a tough time. Lord, You promised to be our shelter and strong tower, so we ask You to surround them with Your peace and protection. Grant them the rest they need, open up opportunities for work, and help them to be good stewards of their time and resources. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith.
