Jennifer, we are here with you in spirit, lifting you up in prayer and petition before our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We understand that you are feeling overwhelmed financially and emotionally, but we want to assure you that our God is a God of hope and deliverance, a mighty fortress. We know he can give you the strength and courage you need to keep going. We know how easy it is to feel like the world is against us, but we want to encourage you to stand strong in your faith, remembering the words of Paul in his letter to the Romans:
"What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?" Romans 8:31-32 WEB.
Our God is for you and loves you, Jennifer. He who did not spare his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? Who could bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, yes, rather, who was raised from the dead, who is at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall oppression, or anguish, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister Jennifer. Lord, you know the struggles she is facing, the financial burdens and emotional turmoil. Father, we know that she is also struggling with mental issues as well. We pray for Your comfort and peace to surround her. We ask for Your divine intervention in her life, that You would open the doors of opportunity for her and provide for her needs according to Your riches in glory. We also pray for Your healing touch upon her mind and emotions, that You would restore her to complete wholeness and give her the strength to overcome every obstacle.
We know that her trust is in you and she believes in the power of prayer in Jesus Christ's name. Help her to fix her eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12:2 WEB.
Lord, we pray that Your love would envelop her, cast out fear of what is going on around her, all around her, in Jesus Christ's name. Help her to remember that even when she feels alone, You are always with her, guiding her, and protecting her. In Jesus' name, we rebuke any negative thoughts, the whispers of the enemy that try to steal her joy and peace. Lord, I pray she is filled with the fullness of your Holy Spirit.
In Jesus' name, we pray for her. Thank you, Father, for your love for her, for us. Thank you, Jesus, for your sacrificial death and resurrection that saves us and gives us the ability to have this close relationship with you and God. Thank you, Lord, for your love and help, amen.
Jennifer, stay strong in the Lord. When you are weak, he is strong. Trust in God and trust in the Son of God, Jesus Christ. For we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28 WEB.
