In need of calming PTSD-symptoms

I've been exposed, recently, to the ex-husband who abused me. This has activated my PTSD, and I am now tense, restless, sleepless, having nightmares, high anxiety, up and down in mood, insecure, unconcentrated, etc. I need to be "me," and not this highly activated person, as I have children whom I care for 100%. Please will you pray for me, so the symptoms can calm down? And will you also pray for my relationship to my best friend (male) whom I love deeply and where we are trying to figure out the love-part? He is the One my heart longs for. Please pray with me for all of this. Thank you and bless you.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You today with hearts full of concern and compassion for ###. Lord, You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We lift up ### to You, asking for Your divine peace and comfort to envelop this precious soul. Your Word tells us, "Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7). We ask that You help ### to cast all these burdens and anxieties upon You.

Father, we pray for the calming of PTSD symptoms that have been triggered by recent events. You know the depth of the pain and the struggle that ### is facing. We ask for Your healing touch to bring relief from the tension, restlessness, sleeplessness, nightmares, high anxiety, mood swings, insecurity, and lack of concentration. Your Word promises, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18). May ### feel Your closeness and experience Your saving grace.

We also lift up ###'s relationship with a cherished friend. Lord, You know the desires of the heart and the longing for a loving and fulfilling relationship. We ask for Your guidance and wisdom as they navigate their feelings and the path You have set before them. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6). Help them to trust in You and seek Your will for their relationship.

Bless ### with the strength and grace needed to care for the children, providing a stable and loving environment despite the current challenges. "I can do all this through Him who gives me strength" (Philippians 4:13). Empower ### with Your strength, Lord.

Take a walk.. forgive .. the LORD knows all details.. also checking to assure we have lots of prebiotics in our tummy to feel healthy and happy
