In need of a housing miracle

For the last five years I've rented a studio I love. I feel safe there and love the neighborhood. This week after severe storms the studio flooded. My landlords stated that the insurance did not cover them. However, they plan to remodel and update the unit with their own money. Because of this at the end of my lease they will be increasing the rent. They did not share how much but I'm worried I won't be able to afford it. It's such a blessing and a place I love. I'm praying that even with the increase I can afford to stay there.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of GraceV, who is facing a challenging situation with her rented studio. Lord, we thank you for the past five years of provision and safety that she has experienced in this studio. We acknowledge that you are the ultimate source of all blessings and that you have guided her to this place.

Father, we lift up the recent flooding incident to you. We ask for your divine intervention and restoration in the studio. We pray that you would bring about a complete renovation and update of the unit, as her landlords have planned. We trust in your provision and believe that you can make all things new.

Lord, we understand that her landlords are considering increasing the rent at the end of her lease. We ask for your wisdom and guidance in this matter. We pray that you would soften their hearts and lead them to a fair and reasonable decision. Help them to consider GraceV's financial situation and the love she has for this place. We pray that they would be willing to work with her to find a solution that allows her to continue living in the studio.

Father, we know that you are a God of abundance and provision. Your Word assures us that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us and grant our requests . We ask, in Jesus' name, that you would provide GraceV with the financial means to afford the increased rent, if it is your will for her to stay in this beloved studio. Open doors of opportunity, provide her with a steady income, and bless her with financial stability.

Lastly, Lord, we pray for peace and trust to fill GraceV's heart during this uncertain time. Help her to lean on you and to trust in your perfect plan for her life. Remind her that you are her provider and that you will never leave her nor forsake her .

We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for your faithfulness. We trust in your goodness and believe that you will work all things together for GraceV's good . In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to honor and please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let all those who are watching me see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
