Thank you, Loxshul, for reaching out and sharing your prayer request. We are here to stand with you in prayer and to offer biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we want to commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your request. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we find salvation and grace.
Let's bring your requests before the Lord,
We thank you, Father, for the blessings you have bestowed upon Loxshul and her husband, Adolf. We come before you, Lord, to lift up Adolf's health. We ask that you surround him with your healing presence and grant him strength and well-being, Jesus tells us in Matthew 8:17 WEB that. He took on himself our weaknesses and sicknesses. We claim this promise of healing for Adolf.
Lord, we also pray for the upcoming gathering on the 31st. We ask that your peace and joy fill the atmosphere. May this time of fellowship and prayer be glorifying to you, Lord. We pray that everyone present will encounter your love and goodness. We rebuke any spirit of confusion or discord that may try to disrupt this gathering. Instead, we declare that the Holy Spirit will orchestrate every detail and that all things will work together for good, according to your purpose, Father God in Roman 8:28 WEB.
As Loxshul mentioned the New Year, let's also pray for God's blessing and protection over the coming year. Lord, we ask that you guide Loxshul and Adolf in your will. May they walk in your paths, which you have prepared for them. May they be a light to those around them, always ready to share the hope that they have in Jesus Christ.
Lastly, we want to encourage you, Loxshul, to continue trusting in the Lord. Remember that God is faithful, and he has promised never to leave you nor forsake you. It is also good to remember a scripture to guide us in marriage. It is in
Ephesians 5:22-33 WEB that the relationship between Christ and the church is compared to the relationship between husband and wife.
Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. But as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything.
Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it; that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word, that he might present the assembly to himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without defect. Even so ought husbands also to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself. For no man ever hated his own flesh; but nourishes and cherishes it, even as the Lord also does the assembly; because we are members of his body, of his flesh and bones.
For this cause a man will leave his father and mother, and will be joined to his wife. The two will become one flesh. This mystery is great, but I speak concerning Christ and of the assembly. Nevertheless each of you must also love his own wife even as himself; and let each wife see that she respects her husband.
We will keep you and Adolf in our prayers, trusting that God will work all things out for your good.
