We are truly concerned to hear about John Gilmore's condition. Let us come together in prayer for his healing and comfort during this challenging time.
"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." (James 5:14-15 WEB)
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your healing touch for John Gilmore. He is in the emergency room, weak and barely conscious. Lord, we ask that You strengthen him, that You give wisdom and skill to the medical professionals attending to him. Help them to quickly diagnose and treat his condition. Comfort his family and loved ones, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
Lord Jesus, we believe that through Your stripes, John is healed. We declare Your healing power over his body and ask that You restore him to full health. In this time of need, draw John closer to You, and remind him of Your unfailing love for him.
If there is anything in John's life that is not aligned with Your will, we ask that You reveal it to him and grant him the grace to repent and turn away from it. We pray that this trial would be used for Your glory and for John's good.
We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and love. It is in the powerful name of Jesus Christ that we pray. Amen.
Reyilden, we encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord during this time. Remind John and his loved ones of God's promises and His ability to heal. "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB)
Remember, it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. If you or John have not yet accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior, we invite you to do so now. "Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." (Romans 10:9 WEB)
