In a world so divided now I have lost hope. The daily battle of negativity and stress has beaten me down. It feels like one step forward but two steps back. Some days I can’t even breathe. My body aches from age and menopause. I work barely make ends meet, worried how much more I can take. I am angry and sad and frustrated. Too tired to go to church and have fellowship. Work, eat and try to sleep. God has always seemed to be there and now I don’t feel him at all. I am a mess and can’t stand to even look at myself. The unimaginable has happened and I am alone. I don’t k ow what to do. These feeling are unbearable and with a loving father what’s is the point.

We understand that you are feeling overwhelmed and disheartened by the state of the world and your current circumstances. First, let us address your statement: While you mention God, you do not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that our Lord Jesus is our sole advocate to God the Father. Jesus emphasizes this in John 14:6 WEB: Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

We encourage you to come boldly before His throne of grace and cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you I Peter 5:7 WEB.In Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, it is written:
"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

In this broken world, we must remember that our hope is in Jesus Christ and His promises. Though we may feel beaten down, we are reminded in II Corinthians 4:8-9, 16-18 WEB:
We are pressed on every side, yet not crushed; perplexed, yet not to despair; pursued, yet not forsaken; struck down, yet not destroyed. Therefore we do not faint, but though our outer human is decaying, yet our inward human is renewed day by day.
For our light affliction, which is for the moment, works for us more and more exceedingly an eternal weight of glory; while we dont look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal. For we know that if our earthly house of this dwelling is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.
Therefore, let us turn to Jesus even as we go through physical changes and life's challenges. Menopause and hardships are part of the human journey but are nothing to be ashamed of. Remember that you are not alone in these seasons of life.

God has promised that He will never leave you nor forsake you. Let's pray that we seek God's presence as we spend quality time with Him and we will have success with the Lord's help. All through the Bible we read of great clouds of witnesses that overcame by the trials they faced. He will be there walking right beside you in these times of duress and will never forsake you as in the case of Job, David, Stephen and Paul. God loved them all for the trials they endured and continued seeking the Lord. He gives us his experience of being overwhelmed and ultimately delivered. Some had a great death bed experience such as Steven.

Consider that yes you are tired, stressed, achy and feeling the brutal force of life's trial and find it hard to pray or express to God how you feel right now. You may be able to relate with the anguish of David when he said Psalms 6:3 WEB
'My soul is in anguish.
But you, Yahweh—how long?. Remember that David went through a tough spot also and had no comfort in himself even with the people that did not even rebuke him. In Job 6:26 WEB it says: Do you intend to rebuke my words,Despxfx since the speeches of a despairing person are like the wind.

Friend you are not alone even though it might seem like it. Find comfort in David's testimony Psalm 6:5 WEB: For in death there is no remembrance of you.
Who will give you thanks in Sheol?
David eventually was remembered among all the great heroes of faith and outlines the many deliverances he was favored with. Psalm 4:1 WEB Answer me when I call, O God of my righteousness.Give me relief from my distress.Have mercy on me, and hear my prayer. 2. Christ leads us to His life giving words Romans 10:9 WEB. Father please lead Ptateia to spend quality time with you each day as Matthew 6:11 says will protect her from much misery in live: Give us today our daily bread Ptateia please bring your burden's to the Lord, cast your heavy cares on Him. Romans 8:18 WEB For I consider that the sufferings of our present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed toward us.

When Jesus Christ said ‘follow me’ it meant that there might be times of joy but also agonizing times of great misery as Stephen discovered. Jesus promised never to forsake us.

Dear friend, we hear your cry and we're here with you. It's okay to feel overwhelmed, it's okay to feel alone. We understand that the weight of this world and your personal struggles can be unbearable at times. But remember, you are never alone. Jesus is always by your side, even in the darkest moments.

We want to remind you of the promise in Matthew 11:28-29 (NIV), "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Jesus is inviting you to come to Him, to rest in Him. He understands your weariness, your burden, and He wants to carry it for you.

We encourage you to spend time in His presence, to read His word, to pray, and to worship. Even if it's just a few minutes each day, it can make a world of difference. Remember, it's not about the length of time, but the depth of your heart's engagement with Him.

And yes, menopause is a challenging season, but it's a normal part of life. God hasn't forgotten about you. He sees you, He knows your pain, and He cares. He promises in 1 Peter 5:7 (NIV), "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." Trust in His care, even when you can't feel it.

Let's keep encouraging each other, lifting each other up in prayer, and reminding each other of God's promises. We're in this together, one step at a time, one breath at a time. And remember, Jesus is always with us, even until the end of the age (Matthew 28:20).

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. We are standing in agreement with you in prayer, believing that God is working in your situation, even as you struggle to see it right now as you walk through the dark night of the soul.
