Have you ever heard anyone say derogatory stuff about “doctrine” or “the Bible being old fashioned” and say things like “all that stuff’s too hard to figure out,” or “we just need the simple gospel” or, talk about the word, Theology, like it is rat poison (Theology means The Study of God)... Have you aver heard “all we need is love,” or “this one thing is all the church needs to focus on” or “that one thing is all Christians need to do?” How about hear someone call a seminary a cemetery?
How about, “preach the gospel, and if necessary, use words” (as if Jesus could have walked around with His mouth closed, and His orders to be His witnesses after waiting to be filled with The Promised Holy Spirit on The Day of Pentecost were absurd. As if Paul’s obedience to Jesus’ call to be a Light to The Nations were foolish, or Paul and Peter’s statements of how saving faith in Jesus comes from hearing the message about who He is, what He did, what mankind did to Him (Nailed Him to a tree as a curse until He died to reverse the original curse given by mankind’s disobedience), and What God did afterward (raised Him from Death) are not necessary. As if forgetting that Billy Graham and all the other true evangelists throughout history have NOT lived in vain, but are reaping eternal joys in heaven from Jesus, as well as will have a lot of people that thank them for giving up their pride to obey Jesus and share their faith. See the Preaching of Peter to The Gentiles gathered at Cornelius’ House, Acts 10:24-48, especially Acts 10:44, “While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell on all those who heard the message.”
These statements contradict three important calls to teach The Word of God: 1 — Nationally to make disciples of the Nations (Matt 28), 2 — To Wash (clean, correct, unfilthy) and edify the Christian Church as His Bride with The Water of The Word (Eph 5:25-27, 2 Tim 3:16), and 3 — To personally use the Word of God to turn individuals that are lost and/ or going off track and/ or sin against you (Matt 18:15, Gal 6:1, Heb 5:2, James 5:19-20).
Firstly, statements like those found above in the first paragraph diminish the influence of the Word of God and weaken people’s faith to share it. Jesus said, “it is written” sixty-three (63) times! These statements that undermine doctrine and the Authority of God’s Word, The Bible, are actually the exact opposite of the Teaching Ministry of Jesus and The Apostolic Mission of The Christian Church to Disciple The Nations by Teaching His Teaching Everywhere” (Matt 28:19-20).
We see it is against The Chosen Way God The Father Almighty and His Son Jesus have Chosen to Wash, Purify, Strengthen, Correct ansd Discipline Christ’s own Bride (The Water of The Word, Eph 5:26, Rev 3:19, “those I love I reprove and discipline”), and Nuture and Correct The Father’s own Children (Heb 12:5-12) They also go against the private call to restore individuals who are straying like Jesus says leave the 99 and get the one astray (Matt 18:12, Luke 15:4). James concludes his Epistle by saying, “Brothers, if any of you see someone who is straying from the truth, and one turns him back, he saves a sinner from death and covers a multitude of sins” (James 5:19-20). Again, because The Holy Spirit is, in partnership with His chosen Apostles, The Author of Scripture, Peter agrees and says, “Fervently love one another from the heart, for love covers a multitude of sins.”
Beware of statements like these, for they are not the Truth, or else the Words of the New Testament would not have to be written. Jesus could have saved His breath, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John could have saved their time. Better yet we could have had a very, very truncated and abbreviated New Testament.
THE CORINTHIAN CHURCH NEEDED A WHOLE EPISTLE’S WORTH OF DOCTRINE TO HELP THEM... When the Corinthian Church needed help, he could have just prayed for them, Not written instructions they so desperately needed to repent and become the church that had at least one more epistle written to it (2nd Corinthians), so that it did not lose its lamp stand.
THE VERY FACT THE NEW TESTAMENT EXISTS PROVES CHURCHES NEEDED MORE THAN SALVATION, LOVE, AND PRAYER TO BE CONFORMED INTO THE IMAGE OF CHRIST OR THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY EPISTLES...Furthermore it could be said of all the churches that have been planted, that once they repented and were filled with the Holy Spirit, they would’ve needed no more instruction other than to love one another (John 13) and the bear one another’s burdens in prayer (Galatians 6).
JESUS WORDS TO THE SEVEN CHURCHES WERE NECESSARY TO KEEP THEM FROM LOSING THEIR LAMPSTANDS... It has been with refreshment of soul that I have heard of one raised up in the Church of England to revive the mysterious, spiritual, despised, and exploded doctrines of the gospel, and full of a spirit of zeal for the promotion of real vital piety, whose labors have been attended with such success. Blessed be God that hath done it! He is with you, and helps you, and makes the weapons of your warfare mighty.
We see that God is faithful, and never will forget the promises that He has made to His church; and that He will not suffer the smoking flax to be quenched, even when the floods seem to be overwhelming it; but will revive the flame again, even in the darkest times.
I hope this is the dawning of a day of God’s mighty power and glorious grace to the world of mankind. May you go on, reverend Sir! And may God be with you more and more abundantly, that the work of God may be carried on by a blessing on your labors still, with that swift progress that it has been hitherto, and rise to a greater height, and extend further and further, with an irresistible power bearing down all opposition!

We see that God is faithful, and never will forget the promises that He has made to His church; and that He will not suffer the smoking flax to be quenched, even when the floods seem to be overwhelming it; but will revive the flame again, even in the darkest times.
I hope this is the dawning of a day of God’s mighty power and glorious grace to the world of mankind. May you go on, reverend Sir! And may God be with you more and more abundantly, that the work of God may be carried on by a blessing on your labors still, with that swift progress that it has been hitherto, and rise to a greater height, and extend further and further, with an irresistible power bearing down all opposition!

And all the Christian churches that needed this is written to them could’ve just been high how are you doing I’m praying for you all to stay in love, Paul. Even John the apostle of love right serious things in three different places warning people and he was the lover of all lovers, the one who Jesus loved.
AGAIN, JESUS DOES BOTH, SHOWING HE PRAYS THEY MAY BE SANCTIFIED BY THE WORD OF GOD... May the “Father sanctify us in the Truth,” as Jesus prayed in his high priestly prayer in John 17:17, “Your Word is Truth.”
