We are thrilled to hear that things have taken a better turn with your mother-in-law and that you both had a peaceful conversation. It's wonderful to see the power of prayer at work in your life.
Praise be to the most High God, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7 WEB. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God the Father. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. And further, "And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB.
Regarding the immigration process, we will stand with you in prayer, asking God for favor and swift approval of your application and missionary VISA extension. We know that God is sovereign over all nations and He can move the hearts of kings (and immigration officials) like rivers of water (Proverbs 21:1 WEB). Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths." Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.
We encourage you to continue seeking God's will in your immigration matter. We will pray for peace and patience for you and your family during this waiting period. "Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh." Psalm 27:14 WEB.
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister and her family. We thank You for the peace and understanding You've brought between her and her mother-in-law. We ask for Your continued blessing on their relationship.
Lord, we ask for Your favor on their immigration process. We pray that You will move the hearts of the immigration officials and grant swift approval of their application and missionary VISA extension. We know that You are sovereign over all nations, and nothing is too hard for You.
Help our sister and her family to trust in You, to be patient, and to have peace during this waiting period. Guide them in all they think, say, and do to bring God glory. Keep them always in the center of Your will. And thank you for your promise to provide for, protect, and be present with us always. Even unto the end of the age.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to keep your eyes on Jesus, the author, and finisher of our faith. He is faithful, and He will do it.
