We understand that you are facing a challenging situation with both financial and immigration matters, and it has led to significant stress in your life. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is a refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Trusting in Jesus and his death, burial, and resurrection on the third day, we can see from scripture that those who call on the name of Jesus in faith will not be disappointed.
As written in Psalm 46:1: "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." We should turn to Him in prayer, and look for how He will handle these issues.
In matters of immigration, we should recall the story of Ruth in the Bible. Ruth was in a foreign land and in her poverty trusted in God. She followed Naomi and eventually married Boaz. Ruth was also in the bloodline of Jesus who died and rose again for us on the third day. We should consider this story carefully when we are out of our country looking for a better future and trusting God to help us to look for a marriage that aligns with biblical principles that will allow us to flourish as in the story of Ruth and Boaz.
Concerning your financial struggles and unemployment, it's important to trust God and be honest. Be content and obey the laws in the Bible. Be assured that in Proverbs 10:22: "The blessing of Yahweh makes one rich, and he adds no sorrow with it."
We lift you up in prayer, asking God to provide you the grace you need to endure your struggles.
We will also pray for God's wisdom and direction as you navigate these challenges.
Finally, we encourage you to seek God's will in all things. God is gracious to provide for all of our needs when we trust in Him. Consider the command from Jesus in Matthew 6:33: "But seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." This trust is only possible through faith in Jesus Christ. Believing that Jesus died for you, he was buried, and he rose again on the third day will enable you to have everlasting life and a renewed relationship with the Lord.
Father in heaven, we come before you, We lift up our sister ### and ask that You would provide her strength to withstand the anxiety and uncertainty she faces with her immigration status and finances. Give her wisdom and surround her with people who can offer guidance and support. We ask that you comfort and provide for her immediate needs and that she will accept Jesus as her savior if she has not already done so. Remind her that Jesus lived a sinless life, died and was buried, then he rose again and defeated death. ### can have everlasting life by believing in Jesus.
Lord Jesus, we ask that she will also rely on you for her next marriage as Boaz did for Ruth. If she has not sought out Jesus and trusted him as her Savior, we pray that she will understand that Jesus is the way and the truth and the life and no one comes to the Father but through him. That she will understand that when we pray we should acknowledge Jesus in that prayer. That she will understand that Jesus paid the price and saved us from our sins if we confess that he died and rose again for us.
