We understand that you are facing an immigration challenge and have an appeal case coming up on the ### of February. We are here to pray with you and encourage you to trust in God's will for you and your family.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is sovereign over all things, including governments and immigration statuses. As it says in Romans 13:1 WEB Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore, we need to pray for God's will to be done in this situation and trust that He knows what is best for you and your family.
However, it is also important to remember that God wants us to ask Him for our needs and desires, as long as they align with His will. As it says in Matthew 7:7 WEB Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. Therefore, we can pray that if it is God's will, He will grant you and your family the desired status in this country.
We also want to encourage you to trust in God's timing and plan for your life. As it says in Proverbs 19:21 WEB There are many plans in a man's heart, but the counsel of Yahweh shall stand, and in Jeremiah 29:11 WEB For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up this family who is facing an immigration challenge. We ask that You will be with them and guide them through this process. We pray that if it is Your will, You will grant them the desired status in this country. We ask that You will give them peace and comfort during this time, and that You will guide them every step of the way.
We also pray that You will be with the authorities who will be deciding this case. We ask that You will give them wisdom and discernment, and that You will soften their hearts towards this family.
Most importantly, we pray that Your will be done in this situation. We ask that You will guide this family and give them the strength and courage to follow Your plan for their lives, wherever that may lead.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue to seek God and trust in Him, no matter what the outcome of this case may be. Remember that God is always with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. As it says in Hebrews 13:5 WEB ...Be content with what you have, for he has said, I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.
We are also concerned that your prayer does not mention Jesus Christ, Jesus or Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. We encourage you to learn and accept that it is only by the name of Jesus that you can be saved and have access to heaven. Do you believe that Jesus is the son of God and that He died on the cross to pay the penalty for your sins and that he arose from the dead on the third day? If so then you have eternal life.
