Let's bring this financial need to God together, trusting in His provision and guidance. First, it's crucial to remember that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our finances. It is good to turn to Him for help.
You may be asking for help because of the stress you feel. However, consider also the biblical advice of careful planning of your finances and avoiding debt.
As believers, we should strive to rely on God and planning rather than loans and debt.
But first and foremost, remember only in the name of Jesus do we have access to God to ask for any help, whether because of wise planning or mistakes we have made in the past. It is only in Jesus we have salvation and forgiveness. And it is the name of Jesus that allows us to approach God with our requests.
Romans 13:8 WEB Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law.
Proverbs 22:7 WEB The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender.
So let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this urgent financial need. We ask for Your wisdom and provision. We pray You help ### find a way to pay off their debts today. We believe God, You are a loving, compassionate Father, and trust You are working in this situation even now. According to Your Word in Romans 8:28, all things will work together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. We believe You are bigger than any debt or financial challenge, and we have faith You will provide a solution as we approach You in trust and repentance of all unrighteousness.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for ###. Help them make godly financial decisions in the future.
Help this position as a child of God seek first the Kingdom and His righteousness and believe that all things shall be added to him. Help ### have the wisdom to plan and prepare for the future. Help ### understand the power that acquiring debt wrongly or excessively can have. Help them stop the cycle of debt. We come to You to bring forgiveness of debt but also help ### come out of the cycle of debt by convicting, teaching, and working in their heart and life.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You.
