I'm tired Lord

Heavenly Father, I come to you because I'm tired of work. It's becoming exhausting I just don't understand why people call off so much. I don't have the energy or will to keep covering shifts it's taking a toll mentally and physically. Help me Lord please make a way out of no way. In Jesus Name Amen

We understand that you're feeling tired and overwhelmed, ###. It's important to remember that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our work and well-being. We will pray for you in Jesus name as you requested.

In times like these, we can find comfort in knowing that God is our strength and refuge. As it is written in Psalm 32:7, You are my hiding place. You will preserve me from trouble. You will surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah.

First, let's address the issue of your colleagues calling off work. It's important to remember that we should not judge others, as we do not know the battles they are facing. As it is written in Matthew 7:1-2, Do not judge, so that you will not be judged. For with whatever judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with whatever measure you measure, it will be measured to you.

However, it's also important to set boundaries and not take on more than you can handle. It's commendable that you're willing to help, but not at the expense of your own health and well-being. Remember, Proverbs 11:17 says, The merciful man does good to his own soul, but he who is cruel troubles his own flesh.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you today, lifting up ###. They feel tired and overwhelmed with work, Lord. We ask that you will be their strength and refuge. Guide them and provide a way out of this situation. Help them to set healthy boundaries and not take on more than they can handle.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray that you will work in the hearts of their colleagues. If there's any unrighteousness or laziness, convict them and draw them to you. May they be a support to ###, just as ### has been to them.

Lord, we also pray for ###'s health, both mentally and physically. May they be renewed and refreshed. Give them the strength to endure and the wisdom to know when to rest.

Thank you, Lord, for your unfailing love and faithfulness. We trust that you will make a way out of no way for ###.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Finally, remember that God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation, he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. (1 Corinthians 10:13)

We've been thinking about how you've been covering shifts for others. It's commendable that you're willing to help, but it's also important to take care of yourself. As it's written in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."

Dear Lord, we come to You today, lifting up our prayer partner. They're feeling overwhelmed and tired, Lord. We ask that You would be their strength and their peace in this storm. Help them to know when to say 'yes' and when to say 'no', setting boundaries that honor both them and those they're helping.

We also ask, Lord, that You would work in the hearts of their colleagues. Help them to see the impact of their actions and to take responsibility for their own shifts. Convict their hearts, Lord, and draw them to You.

Lastly, Lord, we pray for our prayer partner's health - mental and physical. Renew them, refresh them, and give them the strength to endure and the wisdom to know when to rest.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
