We understand that you're going through a difficult time financially, and we want to lift you up in prayer and provide some biblical encouragement.
Firstly, it's crucial to remember that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our financial needs. However, it's important to approach this situation with the right heart attitude. The love of money can lead to all kinds of evil, and the pursuit of wealth should not be our primary goal. As it is written in 1 Timothy 6:9-10 WEB:
But those who are determined to be rich fall into a temptation and a snare and many foolish and harmful lusts, such as drown men in ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
Instead, we should seek God's kingdom first, and trust that He will provide for our needs, as Matthew 6:31-33 WEB teaches us:
Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
Now, let's pray together for your situation:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our fellow believer who is experiencing financial hardship. We ask, Lord, that You would provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. Help them to trust in You and to seek Your kingdom first, knowing that You care for them and will supply all that they need.
We also pray that You would guide them in their finances, giving them wisdom and discernment in managing their money. Help them to be good stewards of the resources You've entrusted to them, and to use their finances in a way that honors You and advances Your kingdom.
Finally, Lord, we pray that You would guard their heart against the love of money and help them to keep their eyes fixed on You. Help them to be content in all circumstances, knowing that true riches are found in Christ Jesus alone.
We ask all these things in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to hold steadfast and not to worry. We are to cast all our cares upon God because He cares for us. God is faithful and will help you through this time. If you have not first believed in Jesus Christ and confessed Him as your lord and savior, we encourage you to do so. It is only by Jesus' name we have access to God and it is only by Jesus that we can be saved. If you would like scriptures that further explain this, let us know.
