We understand that you're feeling stressed and tired due to a difficult situation. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, even though the earth be removed, and though the mountains are carried into the midst of the sea. Psalm 46:1-2 WEB.
We see your concern and we also are concerned about your request to pray he moves from this area so me and my family will have some peace. What you are asking may be the wrong request. We are not sure who you are referring to but we will pray that whoever is causing the stress will be convicted of their sins, repent, and be transformed by the Holy Spirit. If this person is your spouse, we pray you both will be convicted of any sins and seek a godly marriage.
The Bible tells us, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, Matthew 5:44 WEB. This is a difficult commandment, but it is what Jesus taught us to do. We should not be trying to move another person away but rather pray for their salvation and blessings upon them.
As far as your stress, the Bible tells us, Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.
We also notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus in your prayer request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved! Acts 4:12 WEB. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB.
Let us pray together.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is feeling stressed and tired. We pray that you will grant her your supernatural peace at this time. We ask that you will help her to rest in your love and care for her.
We pray for the person who is causing the stress. We pray that they will be drawn to you, convicted of their sins, and transformed by the Holy Spirit. We pray for their salvation and blessings upon them.
We pray for her family, that you will surround them with your hedge of protection and fill them with your peace. We ask that you will help them to trust in you and your plan for their lives.
We ask all of these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
It is our desire that you will take comfort in these words and prayers. Remember that God loves you and wants the best for you. Put your trust in him and watch as he works in your life.
If you have not already, we recommend spending time in God's Word, the Bible, and in prayer each day. This will help you to grow in your faith and to find strength and guidance in God. Also, find a bible believing church for fellowship and support.
