**Pray in Jesus' name!**
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of our anonymous friend who is feeling stressed and worried about the possibility of losing their job. Lord, we know that you are aware of every concern and burden that weighs on our hearts, and we ask that you would bring peace and comfort to our friend in this difficult time.
Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7 to be anxious for nothing, but in everything, through prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, to let our requests be made known to you. We lift up this specific concern to you, knowing that you are a God who hears and answers prayers according to your will.
We ask, Lord, that you would intervene in this situation and provide wisdom, guidance, and favor for our friend. Help them to trust in your provision and to lean on you for strength and peace. Protect them from the schemes of the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy. We declare in the name of Jesus that no weapon formed against our friend's job shall prosper.
We also pray, Lord, that you would keep our friend from evil, as they have requested. Guard their heart and mind from any negative thoughts or fears that may arise during this time of uncertainty. Help them to stay focused on you and to walk in your righteousness.
We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for the promise that you will never leave us nor forsake us. We trust in your perfect timing and your perfect plan for our lives. May our friend experience your peace that surpasses all understanding, knowing that you are in control and that you are working all things together for their good.
