Im still so frightened today but, im much better than yesterday. ~was very ill yesterday and I can't believe im alive actually. pls pray I can calm down. and that I will continue to get better. I cannot handle anymore. ~my panic disorder is acting up :-( thanks sooooooo kindly for all the prayers. ~it has helped me in so many ways. thank yoooooo again. it means a great deal! pls take care!!!! pls. don't be sickly like me pls ok.
