*Heavenly Father,*
We lift up Your child to You, who comes with a repentant heart, seeking Your forgiveness and healing. Your Word reminds us in *1 John 1:9* that **"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."** Lord, wash away every lie spoken in weakness, and replace shame with Your mercy.
Father, quiet the desperate longing for human approval, and help them find their worth in You alone. As *Psalm 139:14* declares, **"I praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made."** Let this truth sink deep into their heart—they are fully known, fully loved, and enough in Your eyes.
Break the chains of rejection and the need to "prove" themselves to others. Replace anxiety with the peace of *Philippians 4:6-7*: **"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus."**
Shift their dependence from fleeting human validation to Your unfailing love. May they cling to *Isaiah 41:10*: **"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."**
Renew their mind, Lord. Fill them with joy in who You’ve created them to be. In Jesus’ name, amen.
