I have recently been diagnosed with herpes, I feel ashamed and disgusting. There is no cure but I want to pray for healing.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today on behalf of ###, seeking Your divine presence and healing touch. Lord, Your Word tells us in Psalm 103:3 that You forgive all our iniquities and heal all our diseases. We stand on this promise, believing in Your power to bring comfort and restoration.

Father, we lift up this precious soul who feels ashamed and burdened by this diagnosis. We ask that You replace feelings of shame with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, as promised in Philippians 4:7. Remind ### that in You, there is no condemnation (Romans 8:1), and that Your love is unfailing and steadfast.

Lord, grant wisdom to the medical professionals involved, that they may provide the best care possible. We also pray for strength and resilience for ###, that this person may find solace in Your presence and trust in Your plan. In Jeremiah 30:17, You declare, "For I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds." We claim this promise over ### today.

May Your Holy Spirit bring comfort and hope, reminding ### that Your grace is sufficient and Your power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Surround this person with supportive and loving individuals who can offer encouragement and understanding.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your unfailing love and mercy. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
