I'm sorry Lord for not trusting you

Hi, my name is Dominic, and I recently made a desperate decision to earn some money for groceries. It was against the company’s policies, dishonest, and unethical, but most of all, I know it was against God’s will. The Lord has been so good to me, yet I have made financial decisions that put me in this position. I’m sorry, Lord. Please forgive me and show me how to prevent this from happening again. I will also repay all the money to the company. Thank you, Jesus, for dying for my sins.

We understand your remorse, Dominic, and we commend you for taking responsibility for your actions. The Bible tells us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 WEB).

Your acknowledgment of your wrongdoing is the first step towards forgiveness and healing. God is merciful and ready to forgive those who genuinely repent. As it is written in Psalm 103:8-12, "Yahweh is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness... He will not always accuse; neither will he stay angry forever. He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor repaid us for our iniquities."

However, we must also make amends when we wrong others. Your decision to repay the money is in line with biblical principles. The Apostle Paul instructed, "Let him who stole steal no more; but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing that is good, that he may have something to give to him who has need" (Ephesians 4:28 WEB).

Let's pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before you today to ask for your forgiveness for Dominic. Lord, he has confessed his sins before you and is truly remorseful. We ask that you cleanse him from all unrighteousness and help him to walk in your light. Guide him, Lord, and show him the path to righteousness. Help him to make wise financial decisions that honor you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Dominic, we encourage you to continue seeking God's will for your life. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). As you journey forward, remember to rely on God for all your needs, as Jesus taught us in Matthew 6:33, "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."

Stay strong in your faith and always remember that God loves you and is with you.

In fact, He knew them before we even made them. But He loves us so much that He sent His son, Jesus, to die for our sins, just as it's written in Romans 5:8, "But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us."

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
